A new service is available to race organisers in Australia.

Now you have the opportunity to cost-effectively pass the chore of managing entries to your races to a professional service. TransitionZone will provide your competitors with a secure method of submitting and paying for their entry online.

How does it work?

A link from your race website, and/or any other website if you wish, will direct the entrant to a customised entry form on TransitionZone's secure server. This will collect all the competitor details you require, including, for example, athlete history , competencies, or medical conditions.

Once the entrant has provided all required details they will be able to pay race entry fees and receive confirmation immediately. Payment options will include Visa, MasterCard, and BankCard.

Each week, and more frequently as race day approaches, a file (your choice of format) containing confirmed team entries will be sent via email to the race director or you can download up-to-the-minute entry data directly from the TransitionZone website.

A reconciliation of all fees received will be sent to the race organiser, and the correct amount (less management fees) will be deposited into your bank account.

This leaves you to concentrate on the important and fun stuff of designing the course, coordinating your resources, and delivering a great race!

The TransitionZone uses SecurePay's Internet Payment Gateway to provide a secure environment for the authorisation of credit card transactions over the Internet. Confidential information including client credit card details are encrypted the moment they are transmitted from the client's browser to the banking network using industry standard SSL 128-bit RC4 encryption technology.

A client's credit card details are not stored anywhere on the Internet and the only company who has access to this data is the merchant's bank. The bank also sends confirmation information via the same encryption technology back to the client's browser.

These secure processes provide clients with peace of mind when purchasing online.
